Visa process: What to do after getting an admission

Gotten an admission from a university/Institution in France? Wondering what to do next or how to begin applying for your visa? Here are some easy steps to get you through the process!

Create your Account on the Etudes En France Platform

Visit https://pastel.diplomatie.gouv.fr/etudesenfrance/dyn/public/authentification/login.html using the browser Mozilla Firefox and follow the Instructions to create an account or search "Etudes En France on the above mentioned browser and click the first search result. Click on "Create an Account" and follow the instructions to create yours!

Upload your Documents

Click on the Icon "I am accepted/I have an admission, fill in the required information in the personal information section, educational background and Language proficiency sections and upload clear copies of the requested documents for justification. 

Note - Pictures cannot be more than 50kb and documents not more than 300kb. You can try to compress your PDFs and Images before uploading.

Pay the Campus France fee and Book an Appointment

After completing your application, go ahead to submit it to Campus France Nigeria for review. Once it has been validated, you will be requested to pay the Campus France fee of 50,000 Naira for regular students, 15000 Naira for Nigerian Scholarship Beneficiaries and no fees for French Government Scholarship Beneficiaries. 

After payment, you will have to declare your payment on the platform. Once it is validated, you will receive a prompt to book an appointment for your Visa Interview with Campus France Nigeria.

Get all your Documents Ready!

Interview Time! 

Check your inbox, follow the instructions and bring all the documents required by Campus France Nigeria for the Interview! 

Campus France Nigeria checks carefully all the documents you would need to submit for your visa at the Visa Facilitation Service(VFS)  to make sure that you have correctly put them together. 

You would need to fill in the Long Stay Visa Application Form  and bring two colored copies along as well on the day of the Interview.
